Yes. Choose Design-Only, we hand over complete drawings and specs your contractor executes, or Design & Supervision, where we also brief your contractor and oversee quality. Both let you keep your own team while getting a studio's design and rigour. Turnkey clients, by contrast, get everything built by our own in-house team.

Absolutely. You can pick from our curated collections, specify particular brands for fixtures and hardware, and choose every colour and finish. Prefer less involvement? We'll present a tightly edited set of recommendations for you to approve.

Please do. The best homes come from collaboration. Bring your Pinterest boards, reference images and must-haves, and we'll fold them into a cohesive design while adding the professional judgment that makes them work in your space.

Very little. You're mainly needed for the brief, design approval, one or two material sessions and a few milestone sign-offs. We handle vendors, procurement, daily supervision and problem-solving, which is why the service suits busy professionals and NRI clients.

Minor tweaks that don't affect timeline or materials are usually absorbed at no extra cost. Larger changes go through a simple change-order: we assess the impact on time and cost, share it transparently, and only proceed once you've approved.

The design concepts, 3D renders and drawings remain the intellectual property of Divya Jain Interiors, created exclusively for your space. You get the finished home; the original design stays protected and unique to you.

We offer a professional paid consultation rather than a free one, an in-depth discussion of your goals, a first read on your space and clear design direction. The fee is credited toward your package when you proceed, so it's an investment, not an add-on.

The initial booking amount secures your slot and covers preliminary design work, so it's non-refundable. If you cancel later, you're charged for design work completed and any materials already ordered; the balance is governed by your client agreement. Full terms are shared up front.

Our estimates spell out exactly what's included. Items like mattresses, chandeliers, art, wallpaper (unless noted), curtains, bathroom glass partitions, appliances and decorative accessories are usually quoted separately, so you can add them to suit your budget.

Payments are milestone-based and tied to real progress: 10% to begin design and hold your slot, 50% after material delivery, 35% at hardware and outer finishing, 10% at the paint stage, and the final 5% at handover. You never pay ahead of the work.

Yes. We can phase the work room by room, or complete the core elements first and add enhancements later, spreading the investment over time while keeping a coherent long-term plan for the home.

Yes, we run a referral bonus to thank clients who recommend us. When someone you refer becomes a client, you're eligible for a reward; ask our team for the current terms.

Design-only is typically 20–30 days. A turnkey home is usually around 60–120 days once designs are frozen, depending on size, civil work and material choices. You get a project-specific timeline at the start and regular updates against it.

Yes, one dedicated point of contact who knows your project end to end, so you never have to repeat yourself or chase multiple people for answers.

Usually yes. Short pauses of 2–4 weeks are easy to absorb; longer ones are rescheduled into our pipeline and may be affected by material price changes. It's best planned at a natural milestone. We'll advise based on your stage.

Quality is layered: a dedicated site supervisor daily, inspections at each milestone, delivered materials checked against approved samples, photographic records before anything is concealed, and regular site visits by Divya herself, plus a full pre-handover inspection.

You can examine every material sample at our Aundh office, experience our working sample kitchen, and see finishes on live sites. Your documentation carries clear material specs and pricing, so you decide with full information before anything is finalised.

Yes. After the concept is approved, we run guided selection sessions at our Aundh studio using our in-house sample library of finishes, fabrics, hardware and surfaces, with showroom visits for premium items and take-home samples so you can judge them in your own light.

We offer three curated finish levels (Essential, Premium and Luxury) spanning different aesthetics and quality levels. Our Approach page lays them out in detail, and we'll guide you to the right fit during your consultation.

Yes, wall changes, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, flooring, ceilings, electrical rewiring and more, all planned during the design phase and executed with proper engineering oversight and compliance.

We prefer empty spaces for the cleanest result, but we take on occupied renovations case by case, phasing the work room by room and managing dust, noise and safety so life can carry on around it.

Most housing societies require permission before interior work begins. As the owner you'll secure these approvals; we guide you from experience with societies across Pune and Mumbai, then schedule our work to comply with their rules.

We plan buffers, tell you the moment something shifts, use our vendor relationships to expedite supply, and re-sequence other work to keep moving. For hidden structural issues we discuss time and cost implications before proceeding.

Yes. We source furniture, lighting and décor through our trusted network, and can procure from premium international brands and their Indian distributors (we assist with, though don't fully manage, import logistics). For turnkey projects we handle it end to end; design clients get recommendations and supplier connections.

Wherever a piece serves the design, yes, we'll suggest placement or light refinishing and build the scheme around what's worth keeping, while being honest when something works against the overall look.

Yes, photorealistic 3D renders are part of every package, showing materials, colours and lighting so you can refine and confidently approve the design before anything is built.
