It depends on three things, the size of your home, the scope (full turnkey versus design-only), and your finish level, which is why we price every project with a line-item BOQ you approve before any work starts, never a lump sum. For turnkey homes we quote against your actual drawings and material selections; for design-only engagements we charge a fixed design fee, not a percentage of your build. As a guide, turnkey homes typically start from ₹11 lakhs for a 2 BHK and ₹13 lakhs+ for a 3 BHK. We publish what a 3BHK costs line by line from a real project. Both. Most clients engage us for complete, end-to-end home interiors, living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and beyond, designed as one cohesive whole. That said, we're happy to take on specific areas such as a kitchen or a single room where that's your priority. During your consultation, we'll recommend the scope that best fits your home and budget.
Both, plus an option in between. We offer design-only, design with supervision, and complete turnkey execution, so you can engage us purely for the creative vision, for oversight of your own contractors, or to manage the entire journey from concept to handover. Design-only is charged as a fixed fee; turnkey is quoted against your approved BOQ.
Timelines depend on scope. Design-only work typically takes a few weeks, while full turnkey homes generally run 60–90 days from approved designs, excluding any civil work. Yes. Every project includes detailed 3D visualisations of your key spaces before any execution starts, so you can experience the design, materials, colours, lighting, and layout, and refine it with confidence. We move to site only once you've approved the final design.
Yes. Our own woodwork and carpentry carry a workmanship warranty, and branded materials and hardware are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we pass on to you back-to-back and help you claim. Full warranty terms are shared clearly as part of your project documentation.
